A Packaging design project for a fictional tea company with a fresh and natural feel. This project consisted of designing branding, constructing and laying out packaging, applying the branding to the packaging designs and finally, creating 3d mock-ups of the designs. I aimed to create packaging for three different tea varieties

A My goal in designing Good Day's branding was to create a fresh, natural feel. I wanted it to feel elevated while still connecting with the average person. I did this by combining natural imagery and textures with modern fonts

and forms.

Construction

A I created a basic hinged lid design for Good Day's packaging, using a tab to secure it. I mocked the design up with paper before creating the fold and cut lines in Illustrator, creating a design that can be printed and folded easily.

Design

I used the layout I had designed for the construction of the packaging to design the surfaces of it. I designed packaging for three tea varieties that is cohesive and eye catching.
